2000 AD online Competition entry: Grampus

Theme for this month is ‘THE DAY THE LAW DIED’. A classic Judge Dredd story featuring a mad dictator, human eating maundering aliens and a Fish placed in the role of deputy chief judge. My entry features Grampus, leader of the mercenary Klegg Army.
