Whether that’s a star scan for the second series of Vanguard or a tribute to Wireheads or a re invention of Chronos Carnival many strips and characters have been lost to the Dictators of Zrag, but perhaps they deserve a second chance….

My entry based on Hewligan’s Haircut by Peter Miligan and Jamie Hewlett. “The last sane man in the asylum. The fate of the planet Earth rests on his scalp. That’s because of Hewligan’s haircut; the most elegant thatch ever created which happens to contain a magic hole.”
